4GL Solutions teamed with Red Brick Systems to implement a Red BrickTM warehouse/EIS reporting environment on a Windows NTTM platform.
A Sun/UNIX/Informix application, that tracked all cellular calls and provided billing to customers, was converted. Data accessed included customer invoice information and cellular calls.
4GL and Red Brick consultants designed and built the warehouse schema and performed data loading and cleansing.
Cellular One users gained control over their data; better printing selection options; faster processing; 24-hour access; and increased productivity.
